Explanation

(This amendment provides $412,500 GF each year to support Virginia Repertory Theatre’s creation of a Center of Excellence for Arts and Education in Virginia. Virginia Rep’s educational programs support Standards of Learning and tour to every school district in the Commonwealth.)
