"c.  Program applicants can seek funding to foster business-education collaboration, align educational and training curricula with existing or projected workforce needs, incentivize and train instructors, and grow training infrastructure in situations with an unmet demand.  Funded initiatives should grow the number of trainees entering full-time employment in high demand occupations in manufacturing production, manufacturing installation, maintenance, and repair, and manufacturing electricians, all as defined by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics."
