Explanation

(This amendment provides $50.1 million from the general fund in fiscal year 2024 to the Corrections Special Reserve Fund to reflect the indeterminate prison bed space impact of enacting House Bill 2360, which would increase mandatory minimum sentences for use or display of a firearm during commission of certain felony offenses.)
