Explanation

(This amendment adds language and $3.0 million from the federal Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) block grant the second year to combine three rounds of TANF funding for Community Employment and Training Programs into one consolidated pool of funding and increases it from $9 million to $12 million. This ensures that a grant awardee from any of the previous three rounds of funding may apply for funding in fiscal year 2024.)
