Explanation

(This amendment provides general fund appropriation in the second year in support of House Bill 2281, which would increase duties for the Virginia Conflict of Interest and Ethics Advisory Council. Accordingly, funding provided in this amendment is intended to support administrative costs anticipated for the Council to implement the provisions of this legislation.)
