Explanation

(This amendment provides general fund in the second year for additional priority projects to be included for construction funding due to life/safety concerns, economic development enhancements, and other emergency needs. Additionally, this amendment reflects a transfer of funding in the first year for the replacement of the Andrews Hall Roof at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, to an accompanying amendment to Item C-72: Maintenance Reserve).
