In addition to an infusion of general fund allocated to all entities in accordance with the existing methodology, this amendment also provides one-time allotments in the second year to enhance energy efficiency at facilities owned by the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, provide critical improvements at the Hiram W. Davis Medical Center, and an additional $2.5 million each to Virginia State University, Norfolk State University, and Old Dominion University to address maintenance backlogs.)
