Explanation

(This amendment provides $1.4 million the second year from the general fund to support a variety of electronic systems the Library of Virginia uses to store, retrieve, and manage Virginia's data and records. This amendment funds a variety of ongoing technological needs that are not supported by the Virginia Information and Technologies Agency but require security, licensing, and maintenance on an annual basis.)
