"N. Beginning July 1, 2015, 60 percent of the funding for Long-Term Employment Support Services shall only be used to support employees with significant disabilities who are competitively employed in integrated jobs in the community earning at or above the federal minimum wage as prescribed by the Fair Labor Standards Act.  This percentage shall increase 10 percent in each subsequent year effective July 1."

Explanation
(This amendment requires that 60 percent of Long-Term Employment Support Services (LTESS) funding support employees in competitive employment in FY 2016 and then increases that amount by 10 percent each year thereafter. The purpose of this is to shift LTESS resources more toward individuals in competitive employment as opposed to providing support for sheltered workshops.)
