Any new funding provided in the 2015 Session of the General Assembly for the Long-Term Employment Support Services (LTESS) program shall only be used to support employees with significant disabilities who are competitively employed in integrated jobs in the community earning at or above the federal minimum wage as prescribed by the Fair Labor Standards Act."

Explanation
(This amendment restores funding for the Long-Term Employment Support Services (LTESS) program that was reduced in the introduced budget and in prior years. In addition, language is included that limits the restored funding for Long-Term Employment Support Services to only be used to support employees with significant disabilities who are competitively employed in integrated jobs in the community earning at or above the federal minimum wage as prescribed by the Fair Labor Standards Act.)
