A. The capital project in this Item is hereby authorized and may be financed in whole or in part through bonds or notes of the Virginia Public Building Authority pursuant to § 2.2-2260 et. seq., Code of Virginia. The aggregate principal amount will not exceed $28,000,000 plus amounts to fund related issuance costs, and other financing expenses in accordance with § 2.2-2260 et. seq., Code of Virginia. The allocation of bond proceeds will be made in accordance with Item 83 of this act.
B. Debt service on this project shall be provided from appropriations to the Treasury Board.
C. The appropriation for this capital project is subject to the conditions in § 2-0 F of this act.
