Explanation(This is one of a series of amendments that moves the Chesapeake Bay Commission, the Joint Commission on Health Care, the Virginia Commission on Youth, and the Virginia State Crime Commission to separate items in the appropriation act, distinct and apart from the Division of Legislative Services. A companion amendment eliminates these funds and nine positions from the Division of Legislative Services in Item 18. The Division of Legislative Services will continue to provide fiscal support services to these commissions.)
