Explanation
(This is a technical amendment which reflects the transfer of $1,335,213 GF each year from the Department of Juvenile Justice to the Department of Military Affairs for the Commonwealth Challenge program. The introduced budget reduced funding by these amounts in the Department of Juvenile Justice for the Commonwealth Challenge program, but did not add it back to the Department of Military Affairs. This transfer was originally approved by the General Assembly in the 2011 Reconvened Session.)
