Explanation
(This amendment restores $450,000 in general funds each year for State Parks that were cut in the introduced budget and were to be replaced by a proposed increase in State Park fees. The amendment further restores $350,000 in general funds each year and 7 FTE positions in State Parks that were eliminated in the introduced budget as the positions were vacant. Funding for these positions was restored by the 2011 General Assembly but the administration has not allowed them to be filled.)
