A. Out of this appropriation, $56,910 the first year and $56,910 the second year from the general fund is provided for additional undergraduate financial assistance consistent with the objectives of the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2011.
B. Out of this appropriation, $275,000 the first year and $275,000 the second year from the general fund is provided to support the Univeristy of Virginia's College at Wise Scholar's program.
