Explanation
(This amendment reduces the proposed increase for tourism marketing in half. The General Assembly increased funding for tourism promotion by $3.6 million in FY 2012, which is included in the base budget for the FY 2012-2014 biennium. The amendment also clarifies language regarding distribution of funds for in-state marketing.)
