Explanation
(This amendment makes a technical correction to reflect a savings strategy that was placed in the incorrect item in the second year. Specifically, this amendment restores $56,843 in general fund appropriation to Item 84, Grading and Certification of Virginia Products service area (53201), where the savings strategy to support agency administrative expenses by supplanting general fund support with nongeneral fund support from the Milk Commission is accounted for in Senate Bill 800. A companion amendment reduces the general fund appropriation in Item 92, General Management and Direction service area (59901), by $56,843 to properly reflect the savings strategy. The two amendments net to zero.)
