Explanation
(This amendment makes a technical correction to reflect a savings strategy that was placed in the incorrect item in the second year. Specifically, this amendment reduces the general fund appropriation in Item 91, Charitable Gaming Regulation and Enforcement service area (55907) by $62,806 to properly reflect the savings strategy to eliminate the Charitable Gaming bingo manager/caller licensing system contract in Senate Bill 800. A companion amendment restores general fund appropriation to Item 92, General Management and Direction service area (59901) from which this savings strategy accounted for in Senate Bill 800. The two amendments net to zero.)
