Explanation
(This amendment transfers $190,000 from the general fund the second year from the Division of Legislative Services to the General Assembly to support the Capitol Guides program. The companion amendment to Item 1 specifies that this program is to be jointly supervised by the Clerk of the House of Delegates and the Clerk of the Senate.)
