(This amendment corrects an error in the introduced budget and provides authority for the use of nongeneral fund balances in the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program Fund to support the Air Protection Program. A companion amendment in Part 3 transfers the same amount from nongeneral fund balances to the general fund.)
