Explanation
(This amendment provides $1,927,000 from the general fund the second year to plan and construct a new water line from the Department of Corrections' water treatment plant to the Town of Goochland, and to plan for the replacement of two additional sections of the same water distribution system, including: (i) the Powhatan Correctional Center service, and (ii) the Virginia Correctional Center for Women, including on-site distribution, James River Detention Center, and Beaumont Juvenile Correctional Center service.)
