Explanation
(This amendment is a technical correction of the agency's nongeneral fund position level. Included in the introduced budget was a nongeneral fund position decrease of three positions that should have been an increase of three positions. Accordingly, this amendment corrects the error resulting in a maximum employment level of 191.91 in the second year.)
