Explanation
(This amendment restores $1.9 million from the general fund and $1.9 million from federal Medicaid matching funds to (i) reverse a proposal included in the introduced budget to reduce reimbursements to pharmacies for prescription drug ingredient costs and (ii) restore the pharmacy dispensing fee to $3.75 per prescription per month, which had been reduced by $0.25 in Chapter 874 of the 2010 Acts of Assembly.)
