Explanation
(This amendment captures excess Medicaid appropriations for the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services associated with the decertification of the Hancock Geriatric facility. In addition, numbers embedded in budget language are corrected to reflect the $8,836,904 general funds supplanted with federal funds as a result of the federal six-month extension of FMAP.)
