Explanation
(This amendment provides $75,000 the first year from the general fund for one-time start-up expenses for a new program to require that all persons who operate fireworks shows in the Commonwealth must be certified by the State Fire Marshal's Office to insure that they are minimally knowledgeable and qualified to perform that function. This amendment is contingent upon final passage of Senate Bill 8.)
