Explanation
(This amendment suspends state support for the Virginia Preschool Initiative for At-Risk Four-Year-Olds. To generate a like amount of general fund savings, the amendment also moves SOQ English as a Second Language, Remedial Summer School, and a portion of Textbooks to the Lottery funding source.)
