Explanation
(This amendment eliminates language authorization an increase in the boiler inspection fee. A companion adjustment to the front page removes the general fund revenues that had been assumed to be generated in House Bill 30 as introduced. These fee revenues are not retained by the agency but flow to the general fund.)

Authority: Title 40.1, Chapter 3.1, Code of Virginia.

Notwithstanding § 40.1-51.15, Code of Virginia, the department is authorized to increase the boiler and pressure vessel inspection fee from $20 to $30 effective July 1, 2010, and such revenues shall be deposited into the general fund pursuant to § 4-2.02 of this act.
