(This amendment provides $13,000 the first year from the general fund for part of the cost to purchase a 12-passenger van to transport patients from the central and northern parts of the Shenandoah Valley to the Veterans Medical Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The remainder of the purchase cost is to be provided by the Disabled American Veterans National Transportation Network. The van is to be owned by the Martinsburg Veterans Services Medical Center in West Virginia.)
