Explanation
(This amendment provides $95,000 each year from the general fund and one full-time equivalent position to enable the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to develop newly required training and manage an increase in permit applications for fertilizer contractor-applicators pursuant to House Bill 1567, 2008 Session of the General Assembly.)
