"B.  Included in the amounts appropriated for Law Enforcement Training and Education Assistance, $125,000 and one position the first year and $125,000 the second year from the general fund is provided to coordinate the development of non-biased law-enforcement policy development, law-enforcement training on non-biased policing techniques, and to provide technical assistance to law-enforcement agencies and others regarding bias-based policing.  In addition, the Department is to establish a Non-Biased Policing Advisory Committee, including representatives from law-enforcement, other criminal justice professionals, minority representatives, and other citizens."

(This amendment provides additional funding to the Department of Criminal Justice Services to reduce the incidence of bias-based policing through policy development, training, technical assistance, and the formation of a Non-Biased Policing Advisory Committee.)
