"H.  Out of the amounts appropriated for Statewide Agricultural and Urban Non-Point Source Water Quality Improvements, $80,000,000 the first year and $100,000,000 the second year from the general fund is provided for the implementation of agricultural best management practices."

Explanation
(This amendment provides $80 million the first year and $100 million the second year from general fund, representing 10 percent of the net revenue generated by one percent of the sales and use tax up to a maximum of $100 million. The amendment supports the Agricultural Best Management Practices Cost Share program, which provides matching grants to farm owners for various conservation projects. The farm owners, in turn, are usually responsible for between 25 to 50 percent of the various best management practices' implementation costs.)
