Explanation
(This amendment provides $107,411 the first year and $258,910 the second year from the general fund to increase the school breakfast reimbursements to school divisions. This amendment provides five cents for all breakfast meals served the first year and six cents the second year. The current practice only provides reimbursements for the additional breakfast meals served since 2004 at a per meal rate of $0.20.)
