A. Any balance, or portion thereof, in Reimbursements for Medical Services Related to Involuntary Mental Commitments (32107), may be transferred between Items 41, 42, 43, and 304 as needed, to address any deficits incurred for Involuntary Mental Commitments by the Supreme Court or the Department of Medical Assistance Services.
B. Out of this appropriation, payments may be made from the Involuntary Mental Commitment Fund to licensed health care providers for medical screening and assessment services provided to persons with mental illness while in emergency custody pursuant to § 37.2-808, Code of Virginia.
