Explanation
(This amendment provides an additional $583,000 to address the costs associated with acquisition of land for the Southwest Virginia Veterans' Cemetery. Federal legislation authorizing the conveyance of the property requires the Commonwealth to cover the costs associated with the conveyance, including survey costs, environmental documentation, and other administrative costs.)
