(This amendment adds $225,000 from the general fund in the second year and three full-time equivalent positions to provide 24-hour coverage, seven days a week, in the Norfolk District Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. The Norfolk office failed to pass national accreditation this year. The additional positions will restore full accreditation to the Office by the National Association of Medical Examiners.)
