A. Out of the amounts for Scholarships and Loans, the Institute shall provide for State Cadetships and for discretionary student aid.
B. Out of this Item, $448,000 the second year from the general fund is provided to support the Virginia Military Scholarship Program, pursuant to Chapter 810, 2006 Acts of Assembly.
