Explanation
(This amendment removes $47,000 from the general fund the second year for the expenses of certain legislative commissions. Companion amendments beginning with Item 20.40 set forth the same funding in separate Items for the Small Business Commission, the Commission on Electric Utility Restructuring, the Manufacturing Development Commission, and the Joint Commission on Administrative Rules.)
