"B.  Notwithstanding § 54.1-113 and § 54.1-2505 of the Code of Virginia, the Board of Health Professions may transfer $250,000 the second year from special dedicated revenue to the Virginia Department of Health for financial incentives to physicians, including psychiatrists who commit to practice in underserved areas of the state."

Explanation
(This amendment allows the Department of Health Professions, with the concurrence of the Board of Medicine, to transfer $250,000 the second year from physician's licensing revenues to the Department of Health for financial incentives such as scholarship and loan repayments to increase the supply of physicians practicing in the Commonwealth.)
