"Any application to the State Corporation Commission wherein funds authorized to be appropriated under this act to approve or deny a request for new electric power transmission lines of 150 kv and above shall conform to the comprehensive plan of such locality through which the proposed power line will traverse pursuant to JLARC Recommendation 6 of the November, 2006 study."

Explanation
(This amendment establishes guidelines for new applications to the State Corporation Commission for the construction of new transmission power lines that are 150 kv or more.)
