"3.  As disbursements are made to the treasurers of Confederate memorial associations and chapters of the United Daughters of the Confederacy by the United Daughters of the Confederacy for the purposes stated in § 10.1-2211, Code of Virginia, an amount equal to $7,500 each year shall be distributed to the Ladies Memorial Association of Petersburg."

Explanation
(This amendment increases the amount provided to the Ladies Memorial Association of Petersburg for the care of Confederate graves in Memorial Hill, located at Petersburg's Blandford Cemetery. 30,000 Confederate soldiers are buried in mass graves in Memorial Hill. To date, the Ladies Memorial Association of Petersburg has been receiving a disbursement for the care of these graves totaling $2,500 per year. The state's goal is to provide $5 per grave.)
