Explanation
(This amendment provides $1.4 million for the Commonwealth to continue its partnership with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach, and the Elizabeth River Restoration Trust to clean up the Elizabeth River and its tributaries, which are the most polluted waters in the Commonwealth.)
