"B.  The Board of Medicine shall develop guidelines and cause to be published forms for reporting short- and long-term complications experienced by women procuring legal abortions in the Commonwealth.  Also, the Board shall develop procedures to safeguard the identity of individual patients.  Physicians who treat abortion-related medical complications shall report such complications whether or not they perform the abortion."

(This amendment directs the Board of Medicine to develop guidelines for the reporting of abortion-related complications.)
