Page 15, after line 37, insert:  
"The governing bodies of every county, city, and town shall submit to the Chairman of the Virginia Housing Commission by October 1, 2007 a list of all residential buildings having occupied floors 75 feet or higher from ground level in their locality and identify, if possible, which ones are equipped with automatic sprinkler systems."

Explanation
(This amendment requires the localities to report to the Virginia Housing Commission concerning the number of residential building in their locality that are 75 feet or higher and how many of these buildings are equipped with automatic sprinkler systems as the Commission is stuudying a proposal to require retrofitting such buildings.)
