Explanation
(This amendment provides $200,000 each year from the general fund to provide ongoing support to the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy to promote energy conservation week and the Energy Star Sales Tax Holiday in October pursuant to House Joint Resolution 575 and House Bill 1678.
