Explanation
(This amendment provides $1,000,000 in the second year from nongeneral funds for deposit to the Clients' Protection Fund of the Virginia State Bar. The source of the nongeneral fund revenue is annual fees imposed upon members of the Virginia State Bar by the Supreme Court of Virginia pursuant to Senate Bill 1426 of the 2007 Regular Session of the General Assembly.)
