Explanation
(This amendment removes proposed authority to use general fund maintenance reserve for nongeneral fund auxiliary enterprise facilities. The policy governing higher education requires that auxiliary enterprise functions develop reserves for operations, capital maintenance and capital construction. The budget as introduced proposed to allow general fund maintenance reserve funding to be used on auxiliary facilities.)
