Explanation
(This amendment provides $200,000 in the second year and 2 FTEs for the Division of Legislative Services to assume responsibility for staffing the Crime Commission. This transfer in responsibilty is expected to result in a net savings of $300,000 for the general fund in fiscal year 2008.)
