"B. On or before June 30, 2007, the Committee on Joint Rules shall authorize the reversion to the general fund of $4,158,067, representing savings generated by legislative agencies in the first year.
C. On or before June 30, 2007, the House Committee on Rules shall authorize the reversion to the general fund of $2,500,000 from the Clerk of the House."

Explanation
(This amendment captures balances in accounts of legislative agencies and reverts them to the general fund. The amounts include $2.5 million from the House Clerk's Office and $4.2 million from other legislative agencies.)
