Explanation
(This amendment removes proposed funding for a scholarship program at Virginia Military Institute. The scholarship was established under Chapter 810 of the Acts of Assembly of 2006, in which § 23-107.1 states that the scholarship would be funded entirely from federal funds, Virginia National Guard funds or private gifts and shall have no matching requirement.)
