Explanation
(This amendment redirects $3,000,000 the second year from the general fund from the At-Risk Add-on incentive-based program to fund three $1.0 million grants for the Academic Programs in Career and Technical Education initiative. Currently, there is $62.9 million allocated each year for the At-Risk initiative. There is a companion amendment to provide funding to the Acamedic Programs in Career and Technical Education by the same redirected amount.)
